Bring your own — there's no onboard restaurant, but small coolers are very welcome. Sandwiches, snacks, and plenty of water are perfect. Beer and wine are fine to bring along; hard liquor is not permitted on board. If you want something hot before you head out, the Steam Room is right by the dock and has been feeding anglers since 1977.
