Fishing Reports

November 12, 2012

Tough fishing guys the past few trips. We went from all out awesome bite to very slow and picky most likely due to the quick drop in water temps post Athena as well as the new moon. Going to take the next two days off and begin again at the end of the week. Once they settle in a bit we should see another round of excellent black fishing coming up! Stay tuned!

Last trip before the storm was decent with 30 nice tog and a bunch of porgies, sea bass and a trigger fish! This storm will definitely move the tog off the beach so end of next week should be good! Looks like we will be tied up through wednesday at least! Stay safe everyone!

FULL BOAT LIMIT OF BLACKFISH IN TODAYS CHARTER!!! LOTS OF MEATY ONES TOO SEVERAL IN THE 7-8LB CLASS. Tons of shorts/would be keepers from last year. Solid bite all day long!! GREAT DAY!
Last nights chunking trip was very slow due to the conditions. The blues had been feasting the past few days but the weather/wind and tide were horrendous for the chunking trip and as a result just a few blues were landed. Todays full day trip was also slow with about 50 would be keepers at last years regs that were released. 15-20 keepers total over 16 inches total on the day. Headed out again tomorrow!!

Beautiful day out there today!! Was slow the first few drops as we fought the hard current a bit this morning but when the conditions came together the tog were hungry to say the least!! Excellent bite with nice quality blackfish!

Darren Was High hook with 20 (last years size limit ) 10 k for this year

(orloc) Many guys limited out and it was certainly a promising bite considering the moon and all.

Capt Chris also had lots of action wreck fishing on our charter with Tog, blues, porgies and Weakfish!! The afternoon jigging charter was silly fishing, savage bite.

Great all around day!! Definitely sailing tomorrow, only a few signed up but we are going. Dont want to miss this!!. Come on down if you want in on the action.
