Great June fishing in FULL EFFECT !!!! Fishing was RED HOT! today. Tons of porgies, excellent Striped Bass fishing and a nice catch of fluke as well.

Some of the porgie trips have been incredible. Awesome fishing with lots of Jumbos. We had a few slow trips mixed in but all in all most trips have ben great!

Capt Paul had a nice catch of fluke as well on the first East End Special Yesterday. 6 fares tallied 18 keepers with several in the 5 lb class.

This is a great time to fish the North Shore. Hope to see you soon!

I just spoke with Capt Jared and he reported another slammer night of scup fishing last evening!!!!

A steady pick all night added up to a great night!!!

High hook was 38!!! (orl)

Jared also reported that they are very close to a scup limit already today. (We are chartered, which is why we are scuping during the day).

Despite crappy conditions tonight, we wacked them again!!!

First drop not so good, so we moved to a new zone and they were waiting and hungry!!!

Beat em for 1 and 1/2 hours then came home in crappy conditions!!

Picked away today on the fluke, not as good as it has been but the size was much better today! Jonny “the Pro” B had a 6.6lber and his buddy Lou had a 7.0lber and the famous Ken Scott took the pool with a 7.14lber. We tried some different areas today and found some bigger fish, good to see!!!

Sailing everyday at 7am, except Sat. – we are sold out! We are sailing at 4:45 as an open boat for scup daily!!

The last few days the fluke fishing has seen tons of actions with a good amount of keepers mixed in. Yesterday started off nice with a light breeze and slow drift. Bucktails worked better as we had a .3 to .7 speed. As the day went on, the wind came up as did out drift speed, the action shifted to the leader rig in the afternoon.

On the scup front, the action again last night was good! Not the bail job as in nights past but still very good. Also 2 flounder were landed!

Another great porgy trip tonight. The best action did not start until well into dark. During the daylight we had an okay pick but once the darkness set in the fish stacked up and the action intensified. Everyone had a full bucket of fish. There were also some big sea bass (released), blackfish (released), cocktail bluefish and even a weakfish mixed in!

Come on down, sailing daily!!!!
