Another great day! 22 fares enjoyed beautiful warm weather and lots of fish to go with it! A few of the wrecks had a ton of life on them. Total for the day was 30 keeper blacks, 45 sea bass and hundreds of very large wreck porgies up to 3 lbs.
Capt Jack from the Port Jeff Ace was out and easily had his limit of jumbo scup, keeping only 25 large ones which all measured over 14 inches. Fred Zaiter led the way with 4 keeper blacks and the pool was caught by Winston weighing in at 8 lbs!
We are sailing an School educational charter tomorrow and will be black fishing again on Saturday.
