Despite the poor drift we put some nice fluke in the boat with a few guys limiting out. We had to power drift most of the morning and picked at the fish. The last half hour of the trip we finally started to get a drift and the bite was decent the last few drifts. Finished up with 50 fluke, 15 keepers. Some big fish in the mix as well. We have a new leader in the largest fluke of the season to win the custom rod. Todays pool was an 8.2lb beauty!

The mid day trip was a slow pick with a dozen or so keepers. Nothing great though. A few nice fish.

We had dead low tide on our Porgie trip, the bite came together for the last part of the trip once the tide picked up. . Capt Jp worked hard and found a decent pile of porgies to end up the trip. Everyone went home with fish for dinner. With better tide the porgie bite should be great this week!
