Went out this morning on the CQ with Capt Chris at the helm and Capt Pete working deck. First let me say what an absolute pleasure it was seeing Pete, he is one of my all time favorite mates. Great humorous personality and extremely knowledgeable. Welcome home to PJ, Peter!
The fluking started slow and tapered off. Chris worked very hard to find them, but they remained elusive. We wound up with 7 keepers for 13 passengers. Even the short action was a bit slow today. I had 2 keepers, but only one would have been a keeper last year. The pool fish was 6 pounds. I don
