Lots and lots of cocktail blues all over the surface on most days. Today we fished in Smithtown Bay as acres of blues were on the surface. The smaller diamond jigs have been the ticket as the blues are feeding on very small peanut bunker right now. Porgy fishing has been a little slow the last few days on the inshore grounds. Our best drops seem to be in the deeper water now where it has been quality over quantity. Many of these scup weighed in over 2 lbs this week. Hopefully the numbers increase a bit in the upcoming days.
