Fishing Report – June 7, 2025 Today’s 6am fluke trip saw good short action for most of the day, but keepers were tough to come by until the very end of the trip. When the breeze came up and the tide eased, some nice keepers started to bite, so we put in some OT and put a few more in buckets! Fishing Report – June 6, 2025 Excellent porgy fishing on our 7-2 trip today! They chewed hard and limits were not a problem, even for those who were selective and threw back the smaller keepers! Fishing Report – June 1, 2025 Sailed with a lite crowd Saturday evening and got them real good despite very windy weather! Very good fishing once again on our 7-11 trip this morning despite the less than ideal conditions! Another great trip on the 12-4! Lots of scup and smiles around the boat! A smaller crowd this afternoon enjoyed excellent porgy fishing once again!!! Quite a few first time anglers enjoyed catching tons of big scup! Fish tacos for everyone!

Fishing Report – May 30, 2025 Our 7-2 porgy trip saw very good fishing on scup of all sizes! Once we got what we needed (limits for those who wanted them) we tied on the jigs for the bass. We got one slot and 1 oversized fish on the first drift, but then the current died and that was it. Fun day with a small crowd!

Fishing Report – May 27, 2025 Port Jefferson Today’s jigging trip saw a good amount of bass everywhere we went, but they had a terrible case of lock jaw until the very end when we would hook 1 or 2 per short drift. Ended up with a few slot keepers as well as a few too big and too small. 1 more jigging trip tomorrow at 11:30, weather looks beautiful! JamesportFishing was on the slow side again today.
