Another excellent day today!! The blues were ferocious. And plenty of big porgies To go around as well. Flat calm and beautiful! Great day. Headed back out for more now. Big Blue took a bite!!!!!!!!!! PM TRIP: Slammed em tonight!!!!!! Mostly scup with some blues and the Weakfish made a showing again!!!!! 5 or 6 keepers!!!!! Awesome trip!!!!
What a day today!!!! Hot fishing on the am trip with tons of porgies, blues, sea bass and even weakfish!!!!! Full buckets and coolers all around!!! The PM trip was also great! Poor Alex was still cutting fish at the dock at 9:30pm. Super Jumbo Express is full effect sailing daily!!!!!! Gotta love it!!
Real nice trip this morning!! What a beautiful day out there. Some change compared to yesterdays wind storm. Fishing was very good as well with a couple hundred blues and several dozen porgies coming over the rails. Great start to the day. The mid trip was slower as the slack tide in the beginning of the trip wasnt ideal. Finished up with a couple dozen blues and some porgies. None the less what a day to be out on the
Excellent trip today! Capt Chris found a few pieces of bottom with lots of life on them. Nice mixed bag with jumbo porgies, some sea bass and lots of blues. Great day.
Just finished up an excellent mid day trip today! Tons of porgies. Rods were bending the entire trip and everyone went home with lots of dinner!
We have had some great trips mixed in with some slow trips. The jigging was excellent on a few tides and a few trips the fish were up in the shallow water making them difficult to catch. Porgies were similar with a couple really great trips and several very slow. Should only get better from here on out though through the fall !!
Nice day’s fishing. We had jumbo scup, a bunch of sea bass, and even good jigging with blues!
Well it was a fun weekend for sure on our WICC chunking Trips. Last night saw lots of very big blues again including John Papazoros’ 12.77 lbder which is currently in the lead for the Port Jefferson Prize winner!! Lets watch and see if it hold up for John. Tourney ends 5pm today!! Cant wait to get back out there again next weekend for some more of this great chunking action!
Last nights pm wicc bluefish chunking special was a great success! Slammer Blues to 12.5 lb were landed as well as sea bass, porgies and 2 keeper striped bass. Capt Jared put in the overtime and kept the boat out till around 4 this morn! Great trip!!

Excellent day today all around. Nice catch of blues and porgies during the day and excellent jigging for blues on the afternoon trips. Fares went home with lots of fish today!!!

Good fishing today with a savage bite. many fish, had to pick through the shorts to get to the nice Scup, bit solid numbers hit the deck. Cap. Jack was high hook with 20, one a beautiful strands! Great time to bring the kids for trip before school starts.
Savage chicking bite friday night on GIANT BLUES and one Keeper Striped Bass. Many fish in the teen class. Awesome fishing. Saturday night was also excellent. Looks good for the upcoming WICC Bluefish Tournament!!!
